Every Selene purchased comes with our signature cruelty free navy satin case.
The pillow comes with a medium density filling but is adjustable.
We’ve included a small zip on the inner case for you to adjust the filling to suit your needs. If you prefer a low pillow, just remove some filling!
Please let us know if you have a height preference for your Selene in the special instructions section at the cart before you check out & we will make sure she is perfect for you!

We recommend fluffing your Selene between case changes.
Pillow : Spot clean only, do not wash.
Bamboo protective cover : Cold wash, Do not Iron, bleach or tumble dry.
• Position face over the moon cutout. Ensure your cheek & eye area are not resting on the pillow.
• Your side temple and jawline should be resting on the pillow. This helps to take pressure off the face.
• Our favourite position is to give the pillow a little snuggle - but find your sweet spot!
• Position your neck inside the curve of the pillow & sweet dreams beauty!

I have been searching high and low for pillow like this for many years. As soon as I saw it had no hesitation in making the purchase, so glad that I did.
It is the most comfortable pillow, like sleeping on a cloud and so huggable. No tossing and turning to get comfortable, the most restful sleep I’ve had for years.
Recommend the high loft so you can adjust to suit.

Can’t live without my pillow. Great for in bed on your side with reading glasses on. And my hands have stopped being numb/pi’s and needles in the morning. More mature ladies will understand this.
Took a few nights of removing extra filling before it was just right. Totally worth it.
I was very excited to receive my pillow! It is firmer than I am use to although I have removed some stuffing and am growing to love it! I have found it comfortable when sleeping on my front, back or side but I tend to shuffle it around a bit during the night depending on what position I am sleeping in. I absolutely love the white satin pillow case and would have given 5 stars if you could choose the colour of both pillow cases and the scrunchie. The service I received from beauty sleep co was very good and the package came in a lovely box. Would make a beautiful present.
I am obsessed! I’ve been having restless nights recently and couldn’t quite get my pillow right until I got the Selene pillow. It took a day or so to get use to sleeping on it but I’ve truly had the best sleeps and won’t ever turn back. My hair is softer, skin feels and looks better and my neck is no longer sore.
I got the bundle with the white pillow case (love love love) and the hair tie which is cute and holds well without creasing my hair. If you’re at all thinking about getting the Selene, I truly can’t recommend it enough!
