Pillow: Spot clean the pillow only - do not wash.
Bamboo protective cover: Cold wash, do not Iron, bleach or tumble dry.
Case: Cold wash separately before first use. Wash in a garment bag, on a delicate cycle or by hand with gentle detergent to get the longest life out of your case.
For hygiene purposes we recommend replacing your Selene every ~ 1-2 years depending on frequency of use.
At BSC we are doing our very best to reduce our environmental footprint.
Our scrunchies are made using left over fabric from our pillow cases to ensure waste from production is minimal. Our instruction cards & swing tags are printed on recycled paper. We hope you will upcycle the canvas bag your Selene comes in - we love using it to store our linen goods & winter clothes.
Our manufacturing partners are so important to the BSC family & we love working with them. Our factory in China is BSCI Certified (meaning that working conditions across the supply chain are fair and ethical).

We pride ourselves on the high quality of all our products. However, if you do receive an item you believe to be faulty please email us within 5 business days of receiving your order at hello@beautysleepco.com with images of the fault and we will do our best to resolve your issue asap!
