The Selene Pillow and Cases

We are so sure you will love your Selene Pillow + Selene Cases just as much as we do that we offer a 14 day sleep guarantee from receipt of your order. If you wish to return your Selene within this period we will offer a full refund. 

All you have to do is email us at hello@beautysleepco.com with your intent to return and we will issue an RA number and provide a return address for you to post the item/s back to us. Please note we do not cover postage costs to return the goods. 

Please note our Selene cases are made from delicate fabric.  Be sure to follow the care instructions to ensure you get the longest life possible out of your Selene accessories.  We recommend washing by hand!

Candles

Due to the made-to-order nature of our Goddess Candles, and the care taken to ensure these handcrafted beauties are delivered to you safely, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Please note as the Goddess Candle is hand made, there may be some slight colour and texture variations between them. 

Quality checks

We do our best to quality check your items before dispatch, however if you receive an item with any defects please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can remedy the issue.  

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once you have placed your order it can not be cancelled.  If you would like to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best.  For all orders that have already been processed & dispatched our refund and exchange policy applies.
